In order to enhance the communication and collaboration abilities of the Jingger team, strengthen the cohesion of the team, and experience different fun activities in addition to work and life, on the past Saturday, Liling Jingger Special Porcelain Co., Ltd. held a fun games with the theme of "Cohesion, Moving Forward Together".

This fun games mainly features four events:

1. 30 meter relay carrying table tennis balls; 2. Crab relay 30 meter race; 3. Concentric drum hitting; 4. Collective skipping rope.
According to different departmental groups, the participating team members of this sports meet are divided into four groups, each consisting of 15 people.

The first event for the competition is the 30 meter relay to transport table tennis balls, using long chopsticks to transport 15 table tennis balls to the opposite bucket. The team with the least amount of time wins. The characteristic of this project is to ensure that the table tennis ball does not fall while pursuing speed.

The second project is the 30 meter race of the crab relay. Each group will have 14 people divided into 7 groups to participate in the competition. 2 people will transport balloons back to back to the opposite side, and the next group will relay the ball back to the other side. The 7 groups will complete the competition in the shortest time to win.

The third event is concentric drum hitting, with a total of 8 men and 4 women from each group participating in the competition. The team that hits the most balls within 10 minutes wins. As the name suggests, members of the same team need to work together with one heart and tacit cooperation in order to beat the rhythm of the concentric drum and make it exciting. This competition can enhance the team's sense of teamwork, as well as enhance emotional communication among team members. Through exercise, they can blend in with each other and cultivate mutual understanding.

The fourth event is collective rope skipping. Each group is arranged with 2 people throwing rope, while the other 13 people queue up to jump rope in sequence. The team with the most rope skipping within 5 minutes wins.

After four rounds of competition, the third group won the first place in this sports meeting. It's a competition, there will be wins and losses, but gaining fun and the trust of peers in the competition is the most important. 

The half day activity came to an end in a slightly tired but joyful atmosphere. Through this fun sports event, we can feel that firstly, the importance of teamwork is self-evident. Without the mutual cooperation and joint efforts of every member of the team, goals are difficult to achieve; The key to success is to surpass oneself and unleash the maximum potential of each member of the team; The third is to communicate and share more, so that good ideas and ideas can be improved and ultimately help us overcome the difficulties we encounter.
